Photo Shoot and Artwork Producer, Saturday Night Live – 2010 to 2014
I produced SNL’s photo shoots, coordinated the graphics, and researched and licensed photos; my responsibility is to ensure that all of our graphics matched the creatives’ original concepts. When handling shoots, I collaborated among the department heads to transform script elements into artwork. I oversaw the production and timing of all shoots to maintain congruency with the studio rehearsal schedule. I also managed the production of Weekend Update graphics, and assisted the graphics supervisor with aesthetic decisions.

I had the unique privilege to collaborate with writers and cast members, the photographers, costumes department, hair and make up supervisors, as well as various producers, to execute weekly photo shoots.

Other priorities included:

  • Coordinating all of the graphics to be made for Weekend Update.
  • Researching celebrities for SNL’s hair, make up and wardrobe departments for parody imitation.
  • Organizing every single graphic and graphic-related prop to be made for air and pretapes.
  • Collaborating with writers and cast members, the photographer, costumes supervisor, hair supervisor, make up supervisor as well as various producers to execute weekly photo shoots.

Page, NBC Page Program – 2009 to 2010
As a Page, I worked as a production assistant for NBC’s TODAY Show, MSNBC’s Countdown with Keith Olbermann, and I assisted NBC’s TV Research and Media Development department, where I researched strategies and initiatives NBCUniversal should consider to target the Millennial (Generation Y) media demographic.

TODAY Show – Scheduled and booked travel and housing accommodations for all TODAY Show guests; assisted the TODAY Show Summer Concert Series productions.

Countdown with Keith Olbermann – Researched and fact-checked any political news and information to be critiqued on Countdown; assisted with guest’s arrival on premises and entry into the studio; assisted with various office duties.

TV Research and Media Development – Researched and compiled information about Generation Y, to be used by the TV Research department for demographic information.

Reverse Mentor Program – Under the NBCUniversal Page Program, I was accepted into the highly selective Reverse Mentoring Program, where I “mentored” major NBC executives who were interested in learning more about Generation Y, or the Millennial Generation, to better understand the proper methods NBC should be considering to target this major demographic.
